Refund Policy

Refund Policy: 

Please understand that once FilipinoVisa has begun consultations with you as our client, providing you assistance with planning, compiling and/or generating your petition, we have provided a valuable service and deserve compensation. Part of the service we provide is pre-petition consultation. Taking on a client requires us to compensate our best-in-industry consultants, and this is exactly what enables us to provide you with the highest level of service. A full or partial refund may be available under certain conditions, as listed below. 1.  Refund Policy: A full or partial refund shall only be available as described in Clauses 1.2 and 1.3 below.

1.1.  The Client may submit a request for full or partial refund by:

1.1.1.  Submitting a written request for availing of this option.

1.1.2.  FilipinoVisa will then decide the eligibility of the case for a refund (full or partial) .

1.1.3.  The final decision of FilipinoVisa regarding the matter of refund shall be binding on the Client, and on the Beneficiary.

1.2  A full refund is available if all of the following are true:

1.2.1.  The Client and/or the Beneficiary request a refund less than 30 (thirty) days after the date of purchase; and

1.2.2.  The Client  and/or the Beneficiary’s contracted services have not begun as per FilipinoVisa’s records; and

1.2.3.  The Client is not using the payment plan offered by FilipinoVisa.

1.3.  A partial refund may be available, at our discretion if all of the following are true:

1.3.1.  The Client and/or the Beneficiary request a refund 60 (sixty) days after the date of purchase; and

1.3.2.  The Client and/or theBeneficiary’s documentation process has not reached its completion as per FilipinoVisa’s records; and

1.3.3.  The Client is not using the payment plan offered by FilipinoVisa.

1.4.  FilipinoVisa shall not provide a refund either full or partial once services are rendered. Nor shall Filipino Visa provide a refund either full or partial in the event something beyond our control makes services impossible to render, such as (but no limited to):

1.4.1.  It has been more than 60 (sixty) days after the date of purchase;or

1.4.2.  The Client and/or the Beneficiary decide that they no longer want to pursue the petition; or

1.4.3.  The Beneficiary of the visa application decides that they do not want to accept the sponsorship by the Client; unless the Client has taken the Protection Plan with FilipinoVisa; or

1.4.4.  The Client’s income or criminal history does not qualify them as a sponsor for the visa application; or

1.4.5.  Illness or death of the Client or the Beneficiary of the visa application; unless the Client has taken the Protection Plan with FilipinoVisa; or

1.4.6.  No refunds shall be available if the Client is using a payment plan offered by FilipinoVisa.

1.5.  For both payment plans and one time payments, whether premium or a la carte, once a visa has been issued to the beneficiary, both the Client and the beneficiary hereby acknowledge and waive their right to any refund since FilipinoVisa has completed the contracted service. 

The Client acknowledges that they have had the chance to consult with an attorney and have either consulted with an attorney or waive the right to do so. Further, the Client has read and accepted the terms and conditions on FilipinoVisa.com for use of the website, and on the contract.
